VITAS Celebrates Hispanic Heritage in September and October

VITAS®Healthcare celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month 2018 from September 15 through October 15, honoring the cultures, contributions and stories of Hispanic and Latino Americans. The 2018 observance centers on the theme “One Endless Voice to Enhance Our Traditions.”

During this 30-day period, seven Latin American countries celebrate their anniversaries of independence. Hispanic Heritage Month offers an opportunity for all Americans—but especially individuals who trace their lineage to these and other Latin nations—to reflect on their colorful histories, uplift their peers and families, and look forward to an even brighter future.
