Bryan Wysong

Bryan Wysong is executive vice president and chief operations officer at VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of end-of-life care. As COO, he leads companywide operations, driving clinical excellence, operational performance, quality outcomes and sustainable growth across the organization.

Since joining VITAS in 2014 as an internal management consultant, Bryan has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including senior director, vice president, head of high acuity services and senior vice president of operational performance. He was promoted to EVP of operations in 2024 in recognition of his contributions to the organization's success and his commitment to operational excellence, and promoted again to COO in 2026.

In addition to leading VITAS’ field operations, Bryan oversees the home medical equipment division and VITAS Palliative Care services.

Before joining VITAS, he held senior leadership positions at Capital One and Deloitte.

Bryan has served on multiple committees and work groups for the National Alliance for Care at Home, including service on the Quality & Standards and Government Affairs committees.

He earned an executive MBA from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degrees in transportation and logistics, management information systems and German from The Ohio State University.
