      Once you’ve submitted your application, a VITAS recruiter will review it to see if you are qualified and a good match for the position. If so, a recruiter will talk with you by phone to learn a little bit more about you. For certain jobs, you will be asked to take an online assessment.

      Offer of employment


      If you are selected for the position, you will receive an offer of employment. Initially, this is a verbal offer extended by the recruiter, hiring manager, or in some cases, a business manager. If you accept, you will be sent an offer letter electronically to accept or reject. Be sure to download a copy for your own records.
