About this session
This educational conference session features a panel of clinical experts examining the role of evidence-based treatments and interdisciplinary support in the care of patients with advanced heart failure.
The session will review American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines in advanced heart failure care along with the benefits of the AHA Palliative/Hospice Heart Failure certification. Attendees will learn from pragmatic guidance on hospice eligibility and its ability to elevate heart failure care while improving outcomes for patients, families and health systems.
