National Care at Home Month (formerly known as National Hospice and Palliative Care Month), is observed annually to foster community involvement, recognize the crucial efforts of provider staff and volunteers, and advance awareness of the comprehensive range of the home care continuum.

Please join NBNA’s End-of-Life Care Ad Hoc Committee and VITAS® Healthcare for this three-hour virtual interactive session.

Continuing education credit is available to nurses (RN, LPN, LVN; in California, Registered Nurses only), social workers and certified case managers, as well as licensed nursing home administrators in the states of Florida and Illinois.

Nurses and Case Managers

This activity is approved for three continuing education credit hours for nurses (RN, LPN, LVN; in California, Registered Nurses only), social workers and certified case managers. Licensed nursing home administrators in the State of Florida and Illinois may also receive three hours of continuing education credit. Attendance for the entire online webinar, as well as completion of a brief online evaluation, is required. Certifications are made available after completion.
