The Sr. Manager Talent Strategy & Solutions will be responsible for thinking strategically, translating overall recruitment and marketing requirements into concrete goals, strategies, and project plans for successful execution. This role will manage the national, regional, and local talent acquisition marketing budgets, oversight of marketing team members and partnering with hiring leaders. The senior manager should be experienced and skilled across all channels – traditional, digital, and experiential. They will be responsible to provide reporting, internal customer service and willingness to communicate future needs and recommendations to senior leadership. This position requires an experienced team player with excellent verbal, presentation and writing abilities to communicate effectively across multiple organizational entities and management levels. This position reports to the VP, Employee Communications and Branding.

  • Identify the best suited recruiting approaches in support of hiring highly qualified candidates and developing innovative sourcing strategies and procedures.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of national, regional, and/or local recruiting campaigns by utilizing technology, and pursuing cost effective options.
  • Evaluate emerging trends and apply best practices to optimize campaigns and positively impact recruiting strategies.
  • Consult with VP, regional HR directors and key stakeholders on strategy, budget, recruiting programs, and metrics to attract top talent.
  • Responsible for establishing KPI’s, reporting on ROI, and vendor management to determine the effectiveness of the campaign.
  • Measure and monitor all critical KPI’s to ensure the team is tracking in support of the hiring demand.
  • Foster current and create new vendor relationships to provide great levels of service and meet the expectations of stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR IT/IS team to optimize candidate experience within the applicant tracking system.
  • Monitor active requisitions and identify future recruiting needs.
  • Own and execute the recruitment strategy in the marketing department’s communications roadmap.
  • Demonstrates a passion for change leadership with an ability to transform, inspire, and align a team of professionals.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and ensure the team is providing a good level of productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Participate in other recruiting/HR related initiatives to iterate on processes and provide the best recruiting support possible.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 7 – 10 years of full life cycle recruiting experience. A combination of agency and in-house is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team
  • Experience recruiting in a centralized organization preferred.
  • Polished written and verbal communication is crucial
  • Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook 
  • Strong technical acumen and a data-driven approach to recruitment strategy formulation and decision-making
  • Critical thinking, strategic and creative decision maker
  • Keen eye for detail and highly organized
  • Must be detailed oriented, can multitask, prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and have exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Have experience using conventional, internet and alternative sourcing techniques
  • Highly adaptive and welcoming to change

 

Education:                                                                                                   

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent; MBA is a plus
